On September 25, 2019, Cooper Trooper Foundation presented it’s annual check for $50,000 toward their Fund for Childhood Cancer Research at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. This endowed fund, set up specifically for childhood cancer research, began in 2012 as a $100,000 commitment. Because of the great success of our Pumpkin Patch fundraiser and the many supporters of Cooper Trooper, we have been able to generously give each year to this fund, which has reached $300,000. It has been exciting to watch it grow and to know that behind those dollars, research is really happening to impact childhood cancer and hopefully, one day, eradicate it once and for all.
